Sophie started in the Cygnets pre-school class and took Ballet lessons with me for 15 years, gaining very high results in all her exams. She then went on to further her dance studies at Stratford College doing a 3 Year BTEC in Musical Theatre while continuing with lessons at our school and taking her Tap Dancing exams.
Sophie then progressed to study Dance and Musical Theatre at PPA Guildford.
Since graduating she has been principal vocalist and dancer in the teams performing on Saga Pearl II, the Fred Olsen ship – The Braemar and most recently the Saga Sapphire. She is now also a qualified teacher of Musical Theatre.
Sophie recently visited us again to sing in the finale of our show in 2019 before joining The Beats as vocalist on the cruise ship Marella Explorer.
